Small Business Week in San Francisco Event

SAN FRANCISCO, May 10, 2004 - Jerry Ervin, Principal at Paragon Strategies, was selected by the San Francisco Chamber of Commerce to facilitate the State of Small Business in San Francisco panel at 5:30pm on May 17 at the Omni Hotel. The panel will feature San Francisco Supervisor Dufty; Lola Robinson (SBA); Lisa Stevens, Wells Fargo; Rich Hillis, Director of the Mayor's Office of Economic Development; and Mary Huss, Editor-in-Chief of the San Francisco Business Times. The panel is sponsored by the City and County of San Francisco and the San Francisco Chamber of Commerce.

"I'm very honored to be selected as the panel facilitator," said Ervin. "The State of Small Business in San Francisco is a critical component of the fabric of our city. San Francisco was hit hard by the bust. We are making significant progress to close the economic gap and foster new business growth. This program exemplifies the dedication of the City of San Francisco and Chamber of Commerce in supporting our small business owners."
